Process

First of all you have decided for a project you desire – then you contact us.

 

Phase 1
We advise you in design, interaction with garden and property along with choice of materials. We then help you finding the solution and avoid unexpected problems and expenses. We can also through our suppliers/architects/partners help with drawings.

 

Phase 2
Hereafter we prepare an offer that either includes the materials only. Or if you prefer, the complete contract with our own skilled joiners.

 

Phase 3
When the offer has been approved, we will work out a time schedule for the project so that you can follow the project status, and when to expect the different workmen on site. We take responsibility for sketch proposals, authorities’ treatment, static calculations, heat loss calculations as well as complete production's drawing.

 

Phase 4
When the work is done, together we go through the project and we guide you in extent of maintenance etc
Sketch proposals, drawings and everything related are done in our own office. We have made it to our specialty, to find individual proposed solutions adapted for the individual customer's wishes and needs. The neighbour will not get a patio similar to yours.

 

Our exclusive designed buildings will be in harmony with the existing house and the surrounding area.
It's a matter of confidence when you rebuilt - and it may be difficult to choose.
