Overview           Consultation           Installation

The installation of our glazed buildings requires a team of competent tradesmen with a wide range of skills. It is essential that the high standard and personal touch exhibited in the design stage is followed through in both workshop production and site installation.

Once an order has been placed, an experienced surveyor will make a further visit to site to make a thorough, measured and detailed survey, and review all the associated requirements for the project, including as required, any modifications to existing buildings, floor, wall (and roof if relevant) construction and finishes, heating, electrical and electronic services, blinds for shading or soft furnishing if required, colour palette  &c. A comprehensive set of drawings will then be prepared, incorporating all the construction and subsidiary details discussed. Some of these works will of course be undertaken by local contractors for which price estimates prices will be prepared.

Classical Orangeries can offer to act either as managers of locally-appointed contractors for the associated works or provide a complete turnkey service. Either route offers proper oversight and integration of the new project with the existing construction.

Our buildings are all manufactured and fully pre-assembled in our English workshops immediately before shipping. The process is rigorously quality-controlled, ensuring that the building has been fully tested off-site whilst minimizing the time and risks of site assembly of what are essentially complex and sophisticated buildings. Our customers are always welcome of course to visit the factory to see their building being constructed.

Site assembly will be carried out by one of our experienced assembly teams, whilst all building works are coordinated by our project leader responsible for your building.
